The amount of work will depend on the report type.  In general, this is what to expect:

• We will sign a confidentiality agreement
• We will meet with you to understand exactly what is to be valued and the type of services and report best suited for your situation
• We will enter into a signed contract
• We will request a detailed list of information including financial statements and operating data signed statement
• We will conduct interviews with company management
• We will provide a draft report for your review
• You will likely need to sign a representation letter
• We will provide a final report
